Really good Stay with Great Amenities
on-site parking spa bath coffee supply
I found convenient, complimentary on-site parking, a significant advantage. The pool and spa bath provided excellent relaxation options. The room offered a generous supply of tea and coffee making facilities. I appreciated the large walk-in shower in the en-suite. It was particularly spacious.
The dated decor in some areas was noticeable, though the overall cleanliness was maintained. A refresh would greatly enhance the hotel's appeal.

the room felt quite dated. the bathroom fittings seemed old and didn't work well. overall, the cost did not match the quality i experienced.

Convenient location near the beach
open-top buses hot option
The breakfast included a hot full English option and fruit with cereals. I also found the location very good for open-top buses. They covered many places. we visited Sandbanks, Swanage and Poole as well as the center.

excellent stay with attentive service
excellent breakfast great location evening meals
I stayed for six nights and was upgraded to a double room balcony sea view. the hotel's location allowed short walks to the beach and town. breakfast was excellent with high-quality ingredients. I also had a couple of evening meals in the restaurant.
the decor looks a little tired, though the services are great.

relaxing stay with great amenities
helpful reception clean room welcome addition games room
i found the reception team very helpful they assisted with my early check in. the room was clean and had useful amenities, including treats for my dog and a blanket. the staff were accommodating and understanding. the swimming pool was a welcome addition and i also enjoyed the games room.
the lift seemed a little unstable it could benefit from some maintenance.

this hotel is situated in a residential area to the west of the general location. it is close to a beach and a wooded area named alum chine. the location provides secure parking for vehicles. it was easy to get to by bus as well.

i really liked the short walk to the beach from the hotel i even took advantage of the hotel's swimming pool It was very clean. the breakfast selection was very good with several options.
